Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I am happy to welcome participants, guests and organisers of the 8th Kazakhstan International Exhibition "Real Estate - KazRealty-2014".

The purpose of the Exhibition "KazRealty" is the demonstration of the latest projects being built, provision of professional real estate services, information services, as well as the exchange of experience, establishment of direct contacts with end-users and conclusion of mutually beneficial contracts.

The exhibition clearly demonstrates the achievements of all major areas of modern real estate market, where consumers will be offered a real opportunity to resolve the problems of the real estate acquisition, evaluation, mortgage, loans, and insurance.

I am sure that the exhibition "KazRealty" will actively contribute to the attraction of investments in domestic construction and building economic relations between investors, developers, and property buyers.
