Two formats of KazRealty 2014: exhibition and forum

The 8th Kazakhstan International Exhibition and Forum “Real Estate and Investments – KazRealty 2014” will take place in Almaty from 12 to 14 March, in Pavilion No.9A of Atakent IEC. Traditionally, at the same time the nearby site will host the construction exhibition "Kazakhstan construction materials - KCM 2014".

The organizers – Kazakhstan Exhibition Company Iteca – has invited to participate in KazRealty exhibition the companies from 11 countries: Kazakhstan, Turkey, Cyprus, Russia, Greece, Crete, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Latvia, the UAE. For the first time the exhibition will present the real estate from Switzerland.

The KazRealty 2014 exhibitors will present: primary and secondary housing (from 600 Euro per square meter); apartments under “All inclusive” system (from 1,000 Euro per sq.m.); villas, penthhouses and townhouses (from 1,200 Euro per sq.m.); ready-made business (winery, furniture factory and other) – from 50 to 2,800 Euro per sq.m. Directly from the real estate developers: apartments, houses, business realty – from 50 to 2,800 per sq.m, and also elite apartments on a turnkey basis – from 750 Euro per sq.m.

Traditionally, the exhibition will hold the Forum supported by the Foreign Property Club, Moscow.

The first day subject of KazRealty forum is “Around the world for 180 minutes”. Forum participants will be given an overview of the leading countries in the market of real estate acquisition for personal use - Spain, Italy, Turkey, Bulgaria, and others. The schedule includes the report "Tourist – Emigrant or just a "status" of your foreign acquisition. Why buy property overseas". The theme of education will be also reviewed in the KazRealty Forum program.

During the second day a range of presentations-workshops is dedicated to the theme: “Property of the world” in regard of special proposals and investment projects – Thailand, Vietnam, Cuba and other interesting countries”. The forum will also discuss the following issues: “Business in Europe as the basic tool of migration”, “Foreign real estate for professional beginners – “Game rules” and market development trends”.
 
Every year the KazRealty exhibition demonstrates the high interest of Kazakh citizens to international real estate. Recall, that last year the exhibition recorded 1081 visitors of the event.
