Real estate from all over the world at KazRealty show

In 2014, Gerey Khan Hall of the Bakshasaray Reception House will again host the well-known Almaty real estate exhibition – KazRealty. The show is scheduled for March 12-14, 2014. The strong points of the event are the venue's interior and the close adjacency of the KSM construction show that will be conducted at the showrooms of Atakent Exhibition Center.

To date, exhibition space has been booked by companies that will present real estate of Bulgaria, Greece, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Russia, Turkey and France.

"Traditional personal invitations will be sent to CEOs of large companies in Almaty and throughout Kazakhstan (all sectors and industries). Our database of Kazakhstani companies participating (both as visitors and exhibitors) in Iteca exhibitions is of course a great advantage that we will make full use of during KazRealty. Telemarketing will be intensified: over a 3 weeks' period we will make direct phone calls to those who did not yet get an electronic ticket to KazRealty", says Maria Lomanovskaya, Exhibitions Manager at Iteca.

Year after year, KazRealty trade show indicates a keen interest of Kazakhstanis in international real estate. It will be remembered that last year 1,081 visitors were registered to the event.

Of note is the pro-active attitude of real estate developer and broker companies from Turkey. As is known, since last year Kazakhstan citizens can buy real estate in this country as individuals (not only as legal entities as before).

We are ready to advertize special promotions from developers associated with the show. We especially appreciate feedback, as we are always open to our customers. For example, when it may be desirable to invite a certain list of potential clients to the show, we will do the calling; when an innovative product is exhibited, we will include this news in our newsletter for visitors. Our organization is also known for the well-organized work of our accounting staff: all documents are brought directly to exhibitors' stands", continues Maria Lomanovskaya.
