KazRealthy – a unique platform for investors and real estate professionals

The KazRealty 2013 exhibition will be held in the Gerey Khan Room of the Bakshasaray Reception House, while the KazRealty 2013 forum will be held in the nearby Maria conference hall. The forum is co-organised by the Moscow International Property Club (FPC). 45 companies will exhibit from 12 countries: Bulgaria, UK, Spain, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, St. Lucia, Poland, Russia, Thailand, Turkey, the Czech Republic and Croatia. Exhibitor numbers have risen by 65% and exhibition space by 25% from 2012.

The advantage of this new venue is not just the venue itself, but the fact that it is held alongside the KCM construction exhibition, held once again in the exhibition halls of Atakent exhibition centre.

Caribbean (St. Lucia) and Croatian companies are taking part in the exhibition for the first time. The geographical range of properties on offer is not just limited to the countries represented by exhibitors - real estate will feature in Antigua, Portugal (Costa de Prata), France (Languedoc and Provence), Italy (Tuscany and Sardinia), the UAE, the USA, Greece and many other countries.

KazRealty 2013 will offer the following: first and second homes, turnkey flats, villas, penthouses, townhouses, stone villas and building plots; ready-made businesses (wineries, furniture factories, etc), plots with completed designs for residential and business complexes, shopping malls and buildings; offers direct from the developer such as apartments, houses, business real estate, hotels, rehabilitation centres, hospitals, hunting and fishing bases, and others.

The KazRealty 2013 forum programme includes 17 workshops held over three days. The first day’s theme will be “Property abroad for recreation”. The second day’s series of presentations and workshops will be dedicated to “Investing in foreign real estate”, and the main thrust of the final day will be “Foreign real estate and emigration possibilities”. Consultations on US investment visas will be held on every day of the forum.

KazRealty is the only specialised meeting place for top Kazakhstani and international real estate professionals. Developers, real estate agents, banks, insurance firms and asset management companies will all present their best deals and projects.
